Karen Elliott, Chair of Bolton Cancer Voices said: – ‘We decided to have a break from our annual ‘Jingle Bell Sing-A-Long’ concert this year and take the opportunity to do something different. We’re delighted to be appearing at The Barlow; it’s a gem of a venue and an absolute hive of activity! With only 105 tickets for the event, it will be a lovely intimate setting; for which we’ve put together a beautiful programme of timeless carols and ever popular Christmas songs to get everyone in the festive spirit. Then to be appearing alongside the iconic Houghton Weavers the following week is an exceptional opportunity. Their show business career spans decades and they have an enduring appeal to audiences everywhere. We have some great music lined up for the event and I’m sure everyone will go home attuned to Christmas, with a song in their heart.’
